Visa Regulations

The visa regulations can be found at the website of the federal foreign office.

EU and EEA (European Economic Area) nationals

EU nationals do not require a visum to enter the Federal Republic of Germany.

Non-EU and non-EEA (European Economic Area) nationals

Generally speaking, all other foreigners require a visa for stays in Germany. A visum is not required for semi-annual visits of up to three months for nationals of those countries for which the European Community has abolished the visa requirement.

Invitation Letters

In case you require a formal invitation letter from the conference organizers, please send an email to >> info@ispc-conference.org << indicating the exact mailing adress to which the original letter should be send to and also the exact arrival and departure dates. We will put the letter into the mail the very same day.
